We work across Afghanistan, Türkiye, Pakistan, Iran, Tajikistan, the United States, and Canada — standing with Afghan girls and women wherever they are. At the heart of our mission is Afghanistan, where we deliver education, skills training, and empowerment programs directly to communities where formal education and opportunity are most restricted. Across the region in Türkiye, Pakistan, Iran, and Tajikistan, we provide accessible learning, language support, vocational skills, safe spaces, and mental well-being resources to Afghan girls, women, and refugee communities. From our global hubs in the United States and Canada, we amplify Afghan women’s voices, lead international advocacy, build solidarity across borders, and mobilize resources to support girls and women across all our program regions. Whether working inside Afghanistan, across neighboring countries, or from North America, our mission remains the same: to create safe, accessible pathways so every Afghan girl and woman can learn, grow, lead, and shape her own future.
